If you are a Christian, you may feel disconnected from God, or struggle with spiritual doubts. I offer a compassionate space to heal at the root of your pain so you can live a fulfilled & authentic life.

I specialize in helping clients navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, familial conflict, grief and loss, relationship concerns, PTSD, and faith-based concerns using practices such as trauma-informed EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, compassion-focused therapy, somatic approaches, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

I want to acknowledge that reaching out for support can be a deeply vulnerable step, especially if you’ve experienced trauma. I’m here to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can express your feelings and experiences at your own pace. This reparenting group is for adults who have begun their healing journey in therapy but still feel the emotional aftershocks of growing up in dysfunctional or emotionally neglectful families. Whether you were ignored, controlled, parentified, criticized, or emotionally abandoned, these early wounds often become the root of low self-worth, shame, and disconnection from the self.
