My goal is to assist my clients with healing from old wounds, coping skills, adjusting to life transitions, goal setting, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and provide encouragement and compassion along the way. My passion is listening to others, offering support and empowering you to reach your goals whatever they may be. I have an extensive background working with all ages but my focus is working with women and men between ages 18-55 yrs of age. I genuinely enjoy working with clients to help find hope, peace and acceptance of themselves and difficult situations.

I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, “talk therapy”, mindfulness, teaching coping techniques, EFT, client-centered therapy, use solution-focused and strength-based perspective. I believe many solutions are within each of us and I work with you to find them.
