Women’s health is often not openly spoken about, especially when it comes to the “mental load” women often carry. I work with teenagers and young adults of all genders and identities. Adolescence is a stage filled with transitions and adjustments as teens navigate both identity and increased independence. I aim to provide a supportive space that meets each individual with curiosity rather than judgement.
I have a dual specialty that includes working with postpartum mothers and those parenting young children. I also have many years of experience working with adolescent females and enjoy helping build confidence and coping skills for all that life can throw your way.
I am a native Spanish speaker, and really enjoy being able to provide accessible services to those who may benefit from having a Spanish speaking therapist!
