I am training to be a limited license psychologist (LLP), and I am currently at Meredith Psychological Services. I primarily use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and I want to primarily work with adolescents and young adults, those who struggle with emotional regulation skills, neurodivergent folks, LGBTQIA+ folks, people with PTSD, depression, and anxiety.
I offer therapy that is LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent affirming. I also primarily use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) as well as a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
