For 22 years, I’ve supported individuals navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, and burnout, as well as deeper, lasting changes. Many clients come to me after years of traditional talk therapy, with some understanding but little real change. I integrate experiential and somatic approaches that engage both the mind and body, supporting bottom-up change and the development of new neural pathways.
