I work with individuals 16 and up who are processing trauma, exploring their personal identity, and building self-esteem. I love collaborating with clients, who seek a curious conversation in which to explore relationships—with themselves, with others, and with ideas. My primary role in the therapeutic relationship is that of co-author rather than teacher, and I enjoy working with folks who are interested in finding their own approaches to problems with support from their communities, which may not look "cookie cutter."
I'm part of the team at Sage Leaf Wellness, and we want to make it easy to start therapy.
