Within this framework, I draw from Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) while also incorporating elements of interpersonal and psychodynamic interventions depending on each client's needs and goals.
I work with clients to better understand the connections between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and to identify patterns that may be contributing to distress. I approach this work collaboratively, meeting clients with curiosity, authenticity, and respect.
