Welcome—I’m Dr. Sukriti Gupta, a South Asian psychotherapist with advanced doctoral and master’s-level training in child, marriage, and family therapy. I help individuals, children, and families feel seen, understood, and empowered to grow—especially when relationships feel overwhelming or disconnected. With over a decade of advanced education and immersive clinical experience, I bring both depth and compassion to our work. My training in family therapy means I don’t just look at symptoms—I help you understand the relational patterns underneath them, so you can create lasting change.
In addition to working with adults and families, I also love working with children. I connect with kids through play, creativity, and developmentally appropriate approaches.
