As a Certified Trauma Specialist, I have experience with individuals and groups of individuals traumatized in various situations. (Abuse, natural disasters, war, violence and other unexpected life events.) I also have a passion in working with women dealing with feelings of low self worth, lack of identity and struggles within all relationships.
It is my belief that people can make positive changes and find healing in their emotional and spiritual life resulting in growth, purpose and contentment in life. As a interactive counselor, together we can identify areas of needs and set goals to help achieve those areas of concern.
