Currently screening for two gay men support groups. In a city like New York, it is easy to feel lost. Anything from career hurdles to relationship stress can make one feel that they have lost their personal compass. It is our goal in therapy to collaboratively work on discovering ways of managing these symptoms effectively, exploring root causes and ultimately minimizing feelings of loss through finding yourself again.
I have practiced many different styles of therapy. My approach is primarily strength-based and my style relational. My areas of expertise include working with LGBTQ individuals, eating disorders, trauma, addiction, depression/anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder.
I practice individual, group, and family psychotherapy, as well as provide clinical supervision to other clinicians. Whether this be your first time in treatment or a stop along the way, I look forward to working with you and being a part of your journey.
