I specialize in working with young women who want to improve their feelings about themselves. Many of the women I work with have the appearance of being successful and having it all together. But on the inside they feel like something is broken or missing. If you find that you're always putting other's needs before your own, being critical of yourself or feeling unfulfilled with your relationships, I'm here to help.
My work centers around understanding where your negative patterns came from (its never from you being a bad person!) and then learning to really care for yourself. We will work together to heal your past wounds and create a new script for your present life.
