All of us struggle with barriers that inhibit our ability to expand in the world of work or relationships, experience vitality and creativity. I have over 20 years of clinical experience and a kind, patient and professional demeanor. Therapy does not have to be mysterious. I encourage you to ask questions about the therapeutic process: how and why it works and can be helpful. Treatment can be brief or longer in duration depending upon the issue and your life situation.
My education includes a doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Rutgers University and two years of institute training in psychological theory and process. As student in the Sakya order of Tibetan Buddhism since 1995, I have practiced various forms of meditation, shamata and vipassana, for over 20 years.
