Mental health counseling, couples counseling, and EMDR are a passion and privilege for me. I have been providing counseling for over a decade and have practiced in Fargo for over 13 years. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationships, and identity concerns.
I take an integrative and collaborative approach to counseling, where the client and counselor work together to create goals and treatment plans tailored to the individual. I work from an empowerment perspective to help clients identify what matters most to them and co-create ways to achieve what matters most and a meaningful life.
