We help individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, emotional ups and downs and trauma. We specialize in providing Dialectical Behavior Therapy and offer a comprehensive program. Please see our website: www.awakedbt.com. Our team offers weekly individual DBT, a skills training group and 24-hour skill coaching. We teach life skills in Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation and interpersonal Effectiveness. Our team lead is a Certified DBT Clinician from the Linehan Board of Certification. All members in the team are in track to certification.
We also work with other clients that experience anxiety and trauma. We provide Exposure Therapy which is an evidence-based treatment in helping people with avoidance of anxiety cues such as those who avoid uncomfortable feelings, memories, places and thoughts. Dialectical Behavior Therapy
I run comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program. It includes a weekly individual therapy session as well as a weekly skills training group and crisis coaching. At this time, we run groups on Monday and Tuesday evenings and Thursday afternoons. Call for more information.

Distress Tolerance
We run DBT skills training groups, including a group on Distress Tolerance. This module is to teach you skills to effectively get you through moments of distress without making things worse. All of the skills we teach are proven to be effective. This module also reinforces mindfulness skills which help us to be effective during distress.
