Hello! I offer online and in person sessions out of my cozy office in Hermosa Beach. I support my clients in healing anxiety and past traumas so they can build a deeper relationship with themselves and experience more connection, fulfillment, and joy in their lives. Our work together combines cerebral modalities and Mindfulness-Based Interventions with body-based techniques like Somatic Experiencing and EMDR to help clients develop a balanced and restored sense of self.
We can work toward repairing energy imbalances and harmful nervous system responses created in the body from past painful events. You deserve the chance to experience a shift in mindset that encourages you to embody your most authentic self.
