This weekly process group will focus on issues related to body image, including: how our diet culture encourages an unhealthy relationship to food; ways to build self-esteem outside of body shape/size; learning how to use food for nourishment, not punishment; and developing mindfulness strategies to foster a healthier relationship with your body.
