The CBT didactic groups are designed to improve our lives through evidenced based curriculum. Coping Skill Building for Depression and Anxiety, Low Self Esteem, Low Conference, Self Assurance as well as addressing Substance Use Disorder & Relapse Prevention, Family Relations, Anger Management and other issues that can be changed by addressing the client's thinking and behavior. After participating in the group experience, members will have a variety of tools to help them experience a more effective life. This will be a group that runs for 12 weeks.
