I am a licensed, nationally certified mental health counselor, providing telehealth services to adult clients in MA, ME, NH, and FL. I help clients who are dealing with trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, life transitions, self-esteem issues, and grief. Together, we identify and improve unhealthy thought and behavioral patterns, process challenges, and explore problem solving interventions that lead to empowerment and healthy change.
I have extensive experience in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and neural desensitization and integration therapy (NDIT). Our work includes cognitive and somatic approaches which create powerful long-lasting changes in overall mental well-being.
