While providing coping skills and strategies to improve the overall quality of your personal life . I hope to help you navigate and explore and develop personal goals. As well as help to identify your unique talents and gifts to guide you through life’s struggles. Utilizing a strength-based and solution-based approach in a collaborative manner, utilizing mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral techniques.
