I practice trauma informed therapy utilizing EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) therapy, IFS (Internal Family Systems) Therapy, Psychodynamic-Psychotherapy and CBT. I listen well and quickly make connections with people, help people discover the root(s) of their problem(s) and teach skills beneficial to bring about desired life change.
I am licensed in FL, MD, NJ, NY, VA. I am accepting new clients; and, I also offer clinical supervision to LCSWs in FL, MD, NJ, NY, VA. I practice a direct approach to therapy/clinical supervision. I meet clients where they are in life and work with them to assist them to achieve their goals.
