When life is difficult or overwhelming therapy can help. With 20+ years of expereince I specialize in helping people reach their full potential. I help people who are in pain and/or feel stuck heal their pain and move forward to reach their definition of success. I work with multiple issues such as women's issues, depression, grief and loss, major life changes, past traumatic experiences, and ongoing stress. From a positive caring position I create a safe and supportive environment conductive for healing and growth. My primary goal is to help you feel better as quickly as possible.
Then, we will work on changes to manage life's ups and downs more effectively in the future. I use practical strength based approaches by offering support, insight, education, and a personal connection so you can explore your life, grow and create a life with more joy and less pain.
I believe in lifelong personal growth and the possibility of change. I love what I do and believe that therapy can be a wonderful growth expereince.
