I use a model of psychotherapy that helps people understand how they’ve come to take on certain beliefs and behaviors over their life course. The goal of this work is to be able to unburden those beliefs and behaviors that have led one to experience unhappiness, interpersonal difficulties, and at times, dissatisfaction with life. I encourage clients to cultivate a genuine and authentic approach to life, regardless of earlier contradictory messages. I bring a holistic approach to psychological wellness, viewing people within the context of their whole lives. My philosophy is that all problems can improve when addressed within a compassionate, non-judgmental, therapeutic context.
I am a Certified IFS Therapist, IFS Approved Consultant and IFS Lead Trainer
