I overcame childhood trauma with the help of a therapist trained in EMDR and trauma. As an adult I have experienced loss and trauma related to substance abuse, divorce, spiritual abuse and tragic pet loss. My life is far from perfect but the past trauma no longer calls the shots. It is my passion to help you make sense of the overwhelming and confusing parts of your life. You are unique and your counseling will be uniquely tailored to your needs.
