As a therapist, I strive to be empathic and authentic with my clients. I practice with a Person Centered approach and draw from Interpersonal Psychotherapy and Existentialism. With these ideas, we build our therapeutic relationship on trust and understanding. We work on goals that you feel are important – you are the expert in your life!

I am experienced in working with individuals and families, bereavement, sudden illness, and long-term health concerns that can be life changing. I love helping women who have had concerns with fertility, postpartum depression, or complications related to childbirth. I hold also hold a special place for those who have lost a child. Other areas of expertise

include depression, anxiety, stress management, parenting, relationships, caregivers, all stages of Cancer, and life transitions. I work with clients throughout their lifespan. I earned a Master’s Degree from University of Wisconsin – Whitewater in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I look forward to working with you on your journey!
