Groups
Meditation As Threrapy
Meditation has been shown to positively effect our mental health in a number of ways. Decrease symptoms of depression and anxiety, increase concentration and focus and bring us to a more balanced and present state of awareness in our life. This group helps to incorporate the experience of a regular meditation practice into the understanding of the effects of certain mental health struggles. Through the group practice and discussion participants are able to better understand how this works and learn techniques to integrate this into daily living.

Guided Meditation and Art Therapy
Creativity is an opportunity to communicate with our inner self. Guided meditation is a way to find the path to our subconscious. Combining these and the possibilities to learn about who we are become endless. Group participation allows the sharing of experiences and collective healing in the shared experience. This group is online. One section of this group is offered for members of the Queer community only. Other group sections are open to everyone. If you're interested in this group, please inquire about group start dates and different group day/times. This group runs for 8 weeks before opening again for new members.
