Thank you for taking this first step towards healing. I work with individuals, couples, and families of all backgrounds. My approach to therapy is client centered, collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in Marriage and Family Therapy concepts and systemic thinking. I utilize evidence-based practices to help you build awareness, confidence, and meaningful change. I am EMDR trained and enjoy utilizing it in sessions when clinically appropriate. For all life's challenges, I will meet you with compassion, curiosity, and honesty.

My Vietnamese American background has shaped who I am today. As a Vietnamese American, I value cultural identity in the healing process and enjoy learning from diverse perspectives. I am also a spiritual person and have a holistic approach with my clients if desired. I am someone who values authenticity and bringing that out into the therapy space.

While completing my graduate work at Friends University, I received the Sheldon Louthan Award, recognizing an outstanding Marriage and Family Therapy graduate student.
