I provide services to individuals and couples who have experienced trauma and wish to overcome this with a supportive therapeutic relationship and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
I believe therapy is a relationship in which together, we identify how to use strengths to increase self awareness and understanding. My preferred intervention style uses EMDR to minimize the impact of trauma and build in its place more positive beliefs to move on into the life you really want.
Reaching out for help can feel intimidating or overwhelming. I work to provide a safe, healing environment and offer encouragement and support during and between appointments.
