I can help you with anxiety by encouraging self- care and discovering and using your strengths. I can assure you that my intention is for you to feel heard and validated. I also am a Washington Children's Mental Health Specialist and treat teens. With children as one of my specialties, I have served over 1,000 children in my practice and teaching career.

I use a strength based psychology model because I like to look at what is right with you not what you or others think might be wrong with you. You can then use that positive strength based powerful knowledge in an ongoing way to get you through the toughest times in life.
