I’m an experienced, licensed psychotherapist whose been in full-time private practice for 18 years. Are you living a contented life? or Are you feeling anxious, depressed, or “in your head” a lot, ruminating about your relationships? work? the future? Have you experienced trauma? Parents: Are you worried about your teenager? Do they seem anxious, depressed, or overly stressed? I'm happy to work with your teen, and support you as a parent. I’d like to help.

In addition to talk therapy, I also offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), which is a research based treatment for trauma. EMDR sessions can really help move through concerns including abuse, traumatic grief, car accidents, etc. Both teens & adults have benefited from EMDR treatment in seeing faster, longer lasting therapeutic results.
