Thank you for visiting my page! Reaching out for a psychotherapist can be a hard thing to do. It requires a desire for support and change. I am here to help you heal and grow, to become more able and willing to express your most authentic self. We’ll do this together, by building a connected, trusted and safe relationship. You may be grappling with anxiety, depression, climate anxiety, queer-affirming and LGBTQIA related issues, life transitions, or relationship dynamics. We can explore them together so that you can live a life that feels meaningful and fulfillling. You can create and shape the story of your life.
I approach this work using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, which center your needs, desires and experiences, inspired by and including elements from Narrative Therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy. I have also receiving training in Climate Psychology. I see individual adults and partners.
Reach out and let’s see if we’re the “right fit” to do this work together. Visit my website for more information. It’d be great to hear from you!
