I will work with you to help alleviate the emotional pain you feel. I will provide support as you take steps to build a fulfilling life. There are times when we all need a helping hand to feel joy again. I support you in identifying your goals and in empowering you to reach them. I have years of experience working in hospital and medical settings, including as a hospice social worker, which have allowed me to connect empathically with others.
I partner with adults to support them in coping with life transitions. Grief, a new illness, adjustment to retirement, or becoming a caregiver, are all examples of new life chapters. Sometimes these changes are chosen and sometimes they are thrust upon us. I offer coping tools to help you manage anxiety, depression & other issues that may come with change.
