Dr. Sue Dilsworth is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Certified Yoga Therapist. I have been in clinical practice for 19 years. Incorporating a variety of therapeutic approaches (Mindfulness, CBT, DBT, and EMDR). Treatments specifically designed to meet individual needs. I support and encourage clients in a process that is compassionate and empowering. I have a diverse background in terms of interests and training and enjoy working with diverse populations. I am a certified telemental health professional (HIPPA compliant). I am offering virtual sessions ONLY at this time.
I am also a certified Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist. I incorporate evidenced based meditation and mindfulness practices in my clinical settings.
