My goal is to make my office a safe, nonjudgmental and supportive environment where clients are encouraged toward growth and awareness. My therapeutic approach is direct and honest which I hope will encourage clients to be more direct and honest with themselves in order to help them live their fullest life.
I work with all composition of families and couples as well as individuals who are experiencing a wide variety of challenges including depression, life changes, sexual abuse, parenting and school issues. I really enjoy helping couples reconnect by assisting in resolving conflict through a better understanding of themselves and each other.
