Awareness and consciousness are the primary ingredients needed for real change in our individual lives. We are all far more important to others and have far more potential than we realize. I help clients find their inner voice and tap into their higher-selves for lasting change. It is important to know where you came from and what the impacts of that history are, but not to get stuck in the past. I will help you create the outcome you desire.
Couple's therapy is a specialty I excel in. Relationships are the ultimate vehicle for personal growth and I will help you grow personally and to create more peace, joy and connection with your partner. I have a nursing background and use hypnosis, EMDR & meditation to help you create change.
