I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over twenty years of progressive experience working with people like yourself who need someone to listen about your daily struggles and emotional needs for a happy life. You will receive marriage and family counseling for couples and individuals; therapeutic counseling for individuals and children as well as to those with special needs. I provide military veterans and their families compassionate support to transition from combat / non-combat deployment into family living. I provide crisis counseling to people who require assistance with immigration issues.
You will experience Family Systems, Reality Based and Supportive Therapy techniques to resolve communication difficulties and to redevelop your relationship awareness of each others need for trust and intimacy. I will develop Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for children diagnosed with Intellectual Disabilities, Autism, and other cognitive difficulties.
We will work together to reduce symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) as well as co-occurring mental and physical health problems while developing an awareness of how to transition to your home environment. I will work with you to recognize your abilities that enhance your quality of life.
