Welcome to my practice! I specialize in EMDR intensives - 90-minute to 3-hour sessions done in-person in Seattle or by video anywhere in Florida, Washington or Alaska. Designed to heal deeply-rooted habit patterns and the negative effects of unresolved trauma and addictive disorders including substance abuse, relationship addiction, and disordered gambling, these sessions are intended to jump start your healing. With over 5,000 hours' experience using EMDR, I can effectively tailor treatment to your unique needs. As an IFS-informed psychotherapist, I seek to honor all parts of you as we do the deep work of healing old pain.

As a Certified EMDR Therapist deeply committed to this work, I train other therapists in EMDR-related techniques. Learning and teaching the latest forms of EMDR is my passion.
