I strive to see people as individuals and to recognize their unique qualities and talents. I believe that everyone has the capacity for change and my role in this process is to walk with the individual throughout this challenging process. I have over 20 years of experience working with children, teens, adults, couples and groups. I work with individuals with Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Addiction, Substance Abuse,Trauma, Self-Esteem, Bereavement, ADHD, Bipolar, Suicide Ideations and other mental health and addiction issues. I have extensive experience with individuals in and out of therapeutic communities, half-way houses, psychiatric hospitals, group homes and jails/brig.

I offer compassionate care to those experiencing emotional or psychological distress. I have a wide-ranging and diverse background that provides a unique perspective from which to address a variety of client needs.
