My specialization is in addiction counseling, with the lens that addiction is often the louder problem masking the real problem. In our work, we will look beyond the drinking, depression, anxiety, or strained relationships to what your core self is asking for. When we clear out the noise, the truth of who you are can have space to come to the surface.
I strive to provide services from a culturally humble lens and am dedicated to enacting principles of feminism, antiracism, sex and body positivity, and gender expansiveness in practice.
