I have been providing support to adolescents and adults who are navigating a difficult season of life for nearly 15 years. I am currently serving clients throughout Texas and Florida via telehealth and offer in-home services to individuals in the Rockwall and Dallas area. I create a safe and empowering environment to support clients who are feeling anxious, depressed, fearful, or stressed. Additionally, I support clients and their families who are struggling with substance use and addiction, including behavioral addictions.

I conduct a private practice with a main purpose of providing an environment in which individuals feel empowered to change the quality of their lives in regards to communication, relationships, and mental health. I have had a variety of experiences with adolescents, inpatient mental health hospitals, mobile psychological evaluations, intensive inpatient and outpatient assessments, marriage & family therapy, in-home counseling, and residential treatment centers. I also provide christian based counseling where there is a need. It is my counseling goal to help provide the skills needed to achieve full body wellness.

I am a multi-state licensed marriage and family therapist, EMDR trained, certified sex therapy informed professional, and currently in a graduate program for sex therapy. I have been in the mental health field for over 10 years working with teens, adults, and couples to help them heal from the trauma of their past and work towards their desired life. I have experience working in community based mental health services, inpatient, outpatient, justice involved settings, group homes, and serving on a community based collaboration with law enforcement to assess mental health crises.
