My ideal client is someone who struggles with substance use and is looking to turn their life around utilizing a flexible, yet comprehensive plan and schedule. We offer a variety of outpatient services from telehealth to IOP & GOP. I can help you work towards and establish a recovery plan.

I believe anyone can change their life with the right mindset and tools. We are all in control of our own destinies, and it is my passion to help people discover their own power. I have worked in various settings and roles including an inpatient crisis hospital, outpatient substance use treatment center, college counseling center, therapeutic support staff in schools, mobile therapist, and behavioral consultant. I have worked with people struggling with trauma, schizophrenia, substance use, psychosis, depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, domestic violence, self-esteem issues, and a few others.

I am a licensed therapist who sees individuals with mental health and/or substance use issues. When I began studying social work its philosophy resonated deeply with me as strengths-based with dignity for all. Social justice issues have recently been occupying a more prominent (long overdue) role in many conversations; I support the dismantling of systems of oppression in its many forms, and am supportive to clients if they choose to engage with these topics, whether or not they wish to bring them to the therapy space.

I’ve worked in a variety of therapeutic settings throughout my career, making my experience diverse. I have spent time in residential and outpatient treatment facilities, community-based programs, and school settings, where I supported both children and adults.
