My training is in psychodynamic approaches based in attachment theory including Emotion Focused Therapy (Associate in EFT) & Developmental and Relational Trauma (DARTT). These principles inform the way I help individuals and couples deepen self-understanding, improve self-compassion, experience inner healing, and strengthen relationships and family systems.

My passion for wellness has inspired me to create Learn2Thrive, an emotional wellness practice in Cincinnati. We believe in the strength of practicing together as a community of clinicians who seek to provide excellent services in a supportive environment. We strive to create a safe relaxed atmosphere where clients and clinicians alike can learn to thrive.
