Family involvement is so important so I would hope they would have emphasis on that and willingness to have them involved. Ultimately I love when someone is internally driven to change, but as a therapist we meet the clients where they are. Internally motivated, externally motivated, and sometimes neither. I don't discriminate and am willing to help essentially anyone.
