We are a general mental health clinic specializing in DBT. Clients learn techniques on mindfulness, breathe awareness and visualization to name but a few. We run our DBT Program per Marsha Linehan's model, Including the components of: Skills Training Classes, Coaching Calls, Individual Therapy, Consultation and Up to Date Training.
