My name is Cristy Carter, and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Profession (CCATP). I work with adults via telehealth and specialize in anxiety, addiction, and trauma. I utilize several treatment methodologies, primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focus. I have extensive experience working with individuals who are suffering from anxiety, panic, substance use disorders, and trauma.

I am a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate (LPCA) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) through the NBCC. My passion is working with individuals, both adolescents, and adults, experiencing trauma and PTSD, depression, and anxiety utilizing various modalities including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy), CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. I also have experience working with serious mental illness and substance use. I am a licensed clinical social worker and licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselor who has been practicing in Kentucky for over 23 years. I've practiced in a variety of different treatment settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and residential levels of care. In these settings, I have had extensive experience treating individuals with depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, co-dependency, relationship and family issues. Anna Smith, M.Ed., LPCC, NCC, graduated from the University of Louisville in 2020 with a Master of Education in Counseling and Personnel Services with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Throughout her graduate career, she provided therapy for college students. She also provided intake support and assessment within the hospital emergency psychiatric department.

My goal as your therapist, is to help you become the best version of yourself that you can be. We will work together to get through whatever it is that you may be dealing with - anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or anything else that could be disrupting your quality of life. My approach is person-centered and non-judgmental. I specialize in working with substance use disorders but also have experience working with many other mental health disorders.

Eric is trained in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy as well as provides psychotherapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups. As a former DCBS investigator, Foster Care therapist, and substance use therapist, Eric is committed to helping people overcome obstacles that are barriers to the change process. Therapeutic interventions are often used to help reduce trauma, depression, anxiety, and other stressors that people experience from time to time.

Rachel is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) who loves working with adults who are looking to gain insight into themselves and improve their overall quality of life. Rachel provides individual therapy to adults. Rachel has training and experience in helping individuals with depression, anxiety, grief, relationship problems, personality disorders, PTSD and substance use disorders. She uses evidence-based practices which include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Person-Center Therapy.
