As a Certified EMDR Therapist, I believe the client has the ability to heal themselves with the right direction. My ideal client would be motivated, perhaps has tried other therapies they did not find helpful, and are ready for a new approach, addressing core issues of beliefs. I deal with issues of trauma and abuse histories, PTSD, anxiety and depression, substance addictions, codependency, and most general mental health issues.
