Utilizing multiple modalities of evidenced-based practices such as Adolescent and Adult Community Reinforcement Approach (A-CRA) (for substance use), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy have been effective with treatment outcomes. I have experience working with adolescent, young adult, and adult populations.

It is my belief that events happen in patterns - some healthy, some unhealthy. As we explore the presenting problem, I help my clients to recognize and explore patterns.
