My approach is integrative and flexible, with the use of strategies from cognitive behavioral therapy.
My style of therapy is warm, direct, with a little humor. I specialize in managing and reducing anxiety and depression, child/teen behavioral issues, mood disorders, parenting skills, and increasing self-esteem. Therapy is based on your needs and wants, recognizing your strengths, eliminating old patterns and developing emotional capacity to navigate life.
