Groups
Children of Holocaust Survivors
A child of Holocaust survivors lives in a world of contradictions and one of the most fundamental difficulties is the ability to trust. The most powerful way to heal the multigenerational Holocaust trauma experience is to reestablish a connection with self and others in group settings. This is a new discussion/ therapy group which starts on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 and is reasonably priced. It will be limited to 7-10 participants and be offered in person. I have worked in Holocaust education and Trauma for 15 years and is an area of specialty and passion for me.

Gay, Gray, and Coming Out
For those in midlife and beyond, the process of coming out is fraught with fear, negative beliefs about being gay, and enormous sadness about disrupting the lives of loved ones — including spouses and children — and can pose unique challenges. Elderly men may feel that they don't fit into the straight or gay world. Coming out is a deeply personal process, but that doesn’t mean it needs to be a lonely one. In a group setting it can be a powerful, joyous, and life-affirming experience. This is a new discussion/ therapy group which starts on Wednesday, January 18, 2022 and is reasonably priced.
