I utilize a combination of evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and more, to help my clients reach their goals of living happier, healthier, and more satisfying lives.
