I have been working in the mental health field since 2001. I began working in group homes, facilitating outpatient groups, and then decided to further my education in the mental health field. After obtaining my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I started working in substance use facilities, community mental health, and with people that are incarcerated at the local jail. I started working in child welfare and then started at the Child Protection Team. I was the Program Coordinator at the Child Protection Team, supervising therapists and providing individual and family therapy to victims and their families.

I am here to help individuals navigate towards self-growth and improved well being. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I can work with various clients and needs, however specialize in adolescents/adults experiencing substance use, depression, and anxiety.

I am a licensed mental health counselor who utilizes a faith based perspective with clients who prefer this approach. About half of my workload consists of EAP (Employee Assistance) referrals who typically are struggling with family, marital or substance abuse problems.
